today i learned that ignoring a craving for five days is going to make you very miserable
but eating way too much of the food that you’d been craving is also going to make you very miserable
(i ate a huge packet of cheese & onion crisps and it was a mistake)

i’ve been absolutely rubbish lately but eh shit happens, this time i really need to get my shit together cause my gut is really angry
but i’m also pretty upset cause gluten-free baking is such a hassle and it all requires some crazy flour blends and the only things i currently have at home is cornstarch, potato starch and cornflour so that’s not really good, also all those things like tapioca flour or sorghum flour are pretty expensive in this country also why the fuck would you use shit like xantham gum if you’re supposed to be eating healthy. makes no sense.
but it’s okay cause at least i’ve got peanut butter. and mashed potatoes.
Morning guys. I hope you remember today that if you slip up you can restart your day at any time. You don’t have to wait til the next day to start over. Just sit down, breathe for a few minutes, and start again.
I like this. I really like this.
Reading this everyday for the weeks to come.
